The short version
We collect as little as we can get away with: your email address, the US state from your billing address, and your payment details (which go straight to Stripe and never touch our systems). We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use advertising cookies.
What we collect and why
- Email address — to send you the daily list and your receipts. Without it there is no product.
- Your US state — read from the billing address you give Stripe when you subscribe, and used to filter sweepstakes to the ones you are actually eligible for. This is the whole point of the service. Stripe holds the full address because your receipt needs it; the only part of it we ever read is the state.
- Payment details — collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Which link you arrived from — if you clicked a creator's link, we record which one so we know which videos worked. It is attached to your order as a short code, not to anything about you personally.
- Basic page analytics — counts of page views and clicks. We use a privacy-light analytics tool that does not track you across other websites.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
- We do not run advertising trackers or build a profile of you.
- We do not enter sweepstakes on your behalf, so we never submit your details to a sponsor.
Who else sees your data
Only the services we need to run this: Stripe for payments, our email provider for sending the daily list, and our analytics provider for page counts. Each sees only what it needs.
How long we keep it
While you are a member, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require us to keep payment records. Ask us to delete your account data and we will, apart from those records we are legally required to retain.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. You can unsubscribe from the daily email at any time using the link in it, and cancel your subscription in one click.
Where we are
This service is run from Australia and is subject to Australian privacy law. Your data may be processed in the United States by Stripe and our email provider.
