SweepShortlist is an information service. Each morning we send you a short list of free-to-enter US sweepstakes, with closing dates, entry details and a link to the entry page, drawn from the sponsors' own public listings.
Where a sponsor states that a sweepstakes is not open to your state, we flag it. We do not claim to know the eligibility rules for every listing: most sponsors publish them only in their official rules, and we mark those "eligibility not stated" rather than guess. Always read the sponsor's own rules before entering.
We read public listings and do our best to keep them correct, but sponsors change closing dates, eligibility and prizes without notice, and listings sometimes contain errors. Always check the sponsor's own terms before entering. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
The service is aimed at US residents, because the sweepstakes we list are US sweepstakes. You must be old enough to enter under each sponsor's rules — usually 18 or the age of majority where you live.
Your first daily list arrives the morning after you subscribe, and every morning after that. If we miss a day, that is on us; if we miss enough of them to matter, see the refund policy.
The daily list is for your own use. Please do not republish it, resell it or scrape it. We may end a subscription that does.
We provide a list of publicly available information. We are not liable for a sponsor's conduct, for a sweepstakes being cancelled or changed, or for any entry you do or do not make. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
If we ever shut the service down, we will tell you by email and refund any period you have paid for but not received.
These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
